At Collector's Cage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt provided the security tag remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Collector's Cage authentication tags and any designer dust bags or boxes are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier. Once our experts verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
